Zoning

The Town of Kapuskasing Zoning By-law No.4198 implements many of the policies of the Town's Official Plan.

The zoning by-laws regulate how land and buildings are used, the location of buildings, lot coverage, building heights and other provisions necessary to ensure proper development.

The provisions of the by-law applies to all lands within the boundaries of the Town of Kapuskasing and upon appointment of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing of all lands outside of the Town of Kapuskasing by which are within the Kapuskasing and District Planning Area.
